TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Do not leave valuables unattended inside the guest rooms or in public areas. The hotel will not be liable for loss or damage of valuables. Your room has its own automated safety deposit box to use at your discretion.
  2. We expect our guests to respect the designated smoking / vaping and non-smoking / non-vaping rooms and areas of the hotel.
  3. We regret to inform you that pets and objects that may create disturbance or fruits with offensive odor are not allowed in the hotel premises. This is in light of the general safety and comfort of all the guests in the hotel.
  4. Bringing in of food and beverage into the hotel is not allowed without prior arrangement with the management. On such cases, corresponding corkage fees apply.
  5. Guests are not permitted to use their own appliances. The exceptions are razors, hair dryers, curling irons, electronic toothbrush, and laptops. Guest/s shall be held liable for any damage caused by their use.
  6. We request that guests observe proper decorum while in the hotel premises. Please avoid making unnecessary loud noises or cause a commotion that may disturb or alarm the other guests.
  7. Visitors in guest rooms are not allowed after 10:00 PM. This is in compliance with the Philippine Hotel Code which requires that all occupants of the rooms must be properly registered.
  8. Please observe wearing appropriate attire during breakfast. Wearing sleepwear are discouraged.
  9. The use of the hotel’s swimming pool and gym is free of charge for registered in-house guests only. Please observe wearing appropriate swimming attire. Operating hours is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  10. Standard check in time is at 3:00 PM, check out time is at 12:00 noon. For late check-out and extension of stay, please dial 0 for coordination and assistance.
  11. If a guest has not checked-out in due time, the Front Office management shall exercise diligence to contact the guest and confirm extension or late check-out. If such efforts are made to no avail, the hotel reserves the right to transfer the guest’s belongings to a storage area. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the transfer.
  12. Room inventory which includes but not limited to pillows, bed linens, towels, etc. are intended for your use during your stay at the hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them out of their designated rooms. However, stained and damaged items shall be charged accordingly.
